This week the new pricing layout went live across every venue listing, a fresh full-site verification sweep was completed, two new guides were published, and 134 duplicate draft pages were cleared from the site.
Done New pricing display now live across every venue listing
Every active listing — all 36 venues — now uses the updated pricing layout. The new display separates member and non-member entry prices more clearly, moves extras (passes, add-ons, cabin upgrades, re-entry rates) out of the main entry-price table, and recalculates the “from” price shown on venue cards so it reflects the actual cheapest way to get through the door rather than bundling in extras.
Practical effects: membership-required venues like Steam Complex Leeds, Nero’s Bury and Basement Manchester now show the membership fee alongside member rates; extras-only items (Sweatbox Soho’s weekly and monthly passes, Pipeworks Glasgow’s cabin upgrades) sit in their own block; no-price venues (the three Greenhouse locations) explicitly point readers to the venue’s own website rather than implying a price doesn’t exist.
Done Full verification sweep — all 36 listings re-checked
A complete verification sweep across every active listing was completed on 24 April 2026. Prices, opening hours, facilities, events and status fields have all been cross-checked against each venue’s own website and confirmed current. The next scheduled sweep runs in May 2026.

New Fabswingers UK guide published
A new long-form guide is live at Fabswingers UK: Guide for Bi, Curious & Discreet Men — covering what the platform actually is in 2026, the age-assurance routes that became mandatory under the UK Online Safety Act in July 2025, how to use the site discreetly, and where a UK gay sauna picks up where messaging-based platforms run out of road. Written for the bi, curious, married and discreet readers who already make up the bulk of Fabswingers’ male user base.
New Gay Dating Apps guide published
A new pillar page is live at Gay Dating Apps in the UK: The Honest Guide — covering all seven major gay hookup and dating apps (Grindr, Scruff, Sniffies, Recon, Squirt, GROWLr and FabGuys) with an honest breakdown of what each is for, where each falls short, and what to do when scrolling stops working. It also covers Bumble BFF, Tinder and Hinge for gay men, and the structural reasons app fatigue happens. Every app links through to the full review.
Fix 134 duplicate draft pages cleared
134 duplicate or junk draft pages were archived and removed from the site this week, tidying internal navigation, sitemap output and search-result quality. Live published content was not affected — only unpublished duplicates that had accumulated over time.
