About
The Brighton Sauna – Brighton
The Brighton Sauna is a gay sauna at 75/76 Grand Parade, Brighton (BN2 9JA), on the A23 in central Brighton near the Royal Pavilion. It’s about a ten-minute walk from Brighton station and within easy reach of Kemptown’s LGBTQ+ nightlife.
No membership or registration is required — just walk in. The venue runs continuous 24-hour service from Friday midday through to Sunday 9pm, making it one of the very few UK gay saunas open non-stop all weekend. Monday to Thursday hours are midday to 9pm. Wednesday and Sunday are Naked Days. Free towels, lockers, water, Wi-Fi, and condoms and lubricant (courtesy of THT South) are included with every entry.
The Brighton Sauna sits on Grand Parade, steps from the Royal Pavilion and a short walk from Kemptown — the heart of Brighton’s LGBTQ+ scene. That central position, combined with 24-hour weekend sessions running continuously from Friday midday to Sunday evening, makes it a destination for men from well beyond the city itself.
Visitors travel from across Sussex and the wider South Coast: Worthing and Lewes are both around 20 minutes by car, Crawley about 35 minutes, Eastbourne roughly 45 minutes, and Portsmouth about an hour. Brighton station’s direct rail links to London, Gatwick, and the South East mean the venue also draws a steady flow of visitors from further afield — particularly over weekends. For anyone searching for a gay sauna in Brighton or across Sussex, The Brighton Sauna’s combination of scale, central location, and round-the-clock weekend access is hard to match on the South Coast.
