Your First Visit
If it’s your first visit to ME1 Sauna, you’ll be greeted at reception, given a locker key and a fresh towel, and shown around the venue before you head in. Entry is cashless — bring a debit card, credit card, or mobile payment. You’ll also need a valid physical photo ID (passport or driving licence) to verify you’re over 18. Everything else — towel, locker, tea, coffee, water — is included in the entry price.

Rochester Station is the nearest station, about ten minutes on foot. Southeastern high-speed services run from London St Pancras International in 37 minutes, with mainline services from London Victoria taking around 39–48 minutes. Services also run to London Charing Cross and destinations across Kent including Gillingham, Faversham, Ramsgate and Dover Priory. Step-free access is available via lifts.
