The ground floor has a dry sauna, steam room, and a large jacuzzi. A lounge area with TV and a licensed bar serves alcohol, soft drinks, and food including sandwiches, snacks, cakes, crisps, nuts, and chocolate. Free chilled filtered water, tea, and coffee come with every entry.
Play and Cruising Areas
The venue has five private cabins, three gloryholes, two slings, and a two-tier cinema room. The layout is intentionally dark in the cruising areas. An enclosed smoking yard is also available.

Every entry includes a free secure locker (no token or coin needed), one microfibre towel, and unlimited tea, coffee, and chilled filtered water. Additional towels are £1 each. On Naked Days, the free towel is replaced with a sports towel — standard towels and clothing cannot be worn.

Your First Visit
No membership is required — just turn up. Entry is card-only (no cash). Bring valid photo ID if you’re under 25 or look it — the venue operates a Challenge 25 policy. All bags are searched on entry, and outside food and drink will be confiscated.
On arrival you’ll get a locker key and microfibre towel. Your locker number doubles as your bar tab number. If it’s your first time on a Naked Day (Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday), everything comes off — clothing and standard towels can’t be worn. If you’d prefer a towel day for your first visit, Monday, Wednesday, or Sunday are your options. Phones can only be used in the lounge and smoking area — no photos or video anywhere in the venue.

Directions
The Boiler Room is at 84–86 Denmark Villas, Hove, BN3 3TJ — in a residential area one minute’s walk from Hove railway station. There’s no on-site parking.
Hove station is on Goldstone Villas, which connects directly into Denmark Villas — the venue is about a one-minute walk from the station exit. Southern Railway operates all services from Hove, with direct trains to London Victoria (around 1 hour 10 minutes, two per hour off-peak), Gatwick Airport (30–40 minutes, no change), and Brighton (3 minutes, four per hour). Brighton station, one stop east, also has Thameslink services to London Blackfriars, Farringdon, and St Pancras International.
The nearest stop is Hove Railway Station on Denmark Villas itself. Brighton & Hove Buses route 7 runs between Hove and Brighton Marina via Brighton city centre — the most direct bus link from central Brighton to the venue. Routes 21, 21A, and 95A also serve the stop.
Denmark Villas is a residential street with limited on-street parking. Pay-and-display parking may be available on the seafront (Kingsway) and in nearby side streets, but resident permit zones cover many surrounding roads. Southern Railway runs direct trains from Gatwick Airport to Hove — 30 to 40 minutes, around two per hour, no change required.
