Your First Visit
No membership is required — just turn up and pay at the door. Entry is 18+ only, and photo ID is required if you’re aged 18–21 (reduced rate of £5). On arrival you’ll get a locker key and towel at reception.
If it’s your first visit on a Dare 2 Bare day (Thursday or Sunday), be aware that no towels are worn — you’ll be given a microfibre towel for sitting on. If you’d prefer a towel day for your first visit, any other day of the week is standard dress code.

During the day, Lower High Street is restricted to one hour (no return within two hours). The Ryemarket multi-storey car park (DY8 1PB) is a short walk and is free from 7pm to 7am.
