About
Greenhouse Sauna Luton
Greenhouse Sauna is a gay and bisexual men’s sauna and spa at 23 Crawley Road, Luton, LU1 1HX, in Bedfordshire. The venue has a caved jacuzzi, Turkish steam room, dry sauna, café-bar, and regular themed events across the week. Greenhouse Sauna is open seven days a week, with late-night sessions running until 4am on Fridays and 6am on Saturdays. Luton station is a five-minute walk away, with direct Thameslink services from London St Pancras in around 22 minutes.
Greenhouse Sauna on Crawley Road is the only dedicated gay sauna in Bedfordshire. That means it serves not just Luton itself but a wide surrounding area where no alternative exists — Bedford is around 30 minutes north by car, Dunstable and Houghton Regis adjoin Luton to the west, and Stevenage, Hitchin, and Welwyn Garden City in Hertfordshire are all within 20 to 30 minutes. Milton Keynes, about 35 minutes up the M1, also falls within the venue’s practical catchment.
Luton’s Thameslink connection to London St Pancras in around 25 minutes brings a steady flow of visitors from the capital too — particularly for the extended Friday and Saturday overnight sessions. The venue’s position close to the town centre and Luton station makes it reachable without a car, but for those driving, the M1 (Junction 10) is only a few minutes away.
