The operator lists a dry sauna, steam room, spa pool, heated benches and showers on the ground floor. The first floor has a bar, lockers and premium cabins; the second floor has cruising cabins, glory holes, a cage, open bed areas and a douche room. The third floor has a TV lounge, dark room, sling, iPad area, roof-terrace spa and smoking area. Toilets are listed on each floor.

Pipeworks Leeds
Pipeworks Leeds is a new gay and bisexual men’s sauna in Leeds city centre, at 73–75 Albion Street, LS1 5AA. The entrance is on Short Street, around the corner from the Albion Street address. It is the first English venue from the Pipeworks group, which has run a long-established gay sauna in Glasgow.
The venue opened on Saturday 6 June 2026 at 11am. The operator now lists sauna, steam and spa facilities, cabins, a bar and weekly themed sessions. Sauna opening hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 11:00–22:00; Wednesday 11:00–23:00; and continuously from Friday 11:00 until Sunday 23:00.
Pipeworks Leeds sits right in the centre of Leeds at 73–75 Albion Street, with its entrance on Short Street. As the Pipeworks group’s first venue in England, following its long-established Glasgow sauna, it is a notable new option for gay and bisexual men in West Yorkshire and the wider North. The bar has separate advertised hours: until midnight on weekdays and 24 hours over Saturday and Sunday. These are not the sauna opening hours. Premium cabins in Leeds have a six-hour maximum; a further six hours requires repayment and any outstanding bar tab must be settled.
