Just For YOU at 39/40 Summer Hill Road (B1 3RB) is on the edge of the Jewellery Quarter, a short walk from Snow Hill station. It opened in November 2024 and is a compact, independently run sauna with a dry sauna, steam room, jet spa, four private rooms, a BDSM play room with sling, and a fully licensed bar. Open seven days, with late-night sessions on Fridays and Saturdays until midnight.

No membership required. The venue is within easy walking distance of Birmingham’s Gay Village on Hurst Street.

Spartan Health Club at 127 George Road, Erdington (B23 7SH) has been running since 1982, making it one of the longest-established gay saunas in the UK. It operates from a discreet converted terraced house with no external signage. Facilities include a dry sauna, steam room, private cabins, outdoor terrace, a small gym, and a cafe-bar. The venue has a loyal regular crowd and a more relaxed, community-focused atmosphere.

Erdington is around 5 miles north of the city centre, accessible by car or the 65 bus from Corporation Street.

Birmingham New Street is a major rail hub with direct services from London Euston (~1h20), Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, and most UK cities. Snow Hill station is closer to Just For YOU (10-minute walk). Spartan Health Club in Erdington is best reached by car or bus from the city centre.

Birmingham has an extensive bus network. The city centre venues are walkable from the main stations. Erdington is served by regular buses from Corporation Street.
