What is Naked Sauna Days?
Naked Sauna Days is an organiser-led series of weekly clothing-free sauna sessions for gay, bisexual and curious men, hosted inside established gay saunas across the North of England. Sessions are staged at partnered venues within the Adult Leisure Group network — this is not a standalone venue.
Each session removes the usual towel-or-shorts decision by making nudity the standard from arrival. The atmosphere is built around body confidence, genuine social comfort and low-pressure cruising rather than a structured party format. Full use of the host venue’s facilities is included.
Open to any man (cis or trans) or non-binary person comfortable in a masculine space. No prior sauna experience required. All host venues operate a Challenge 25 age verification policy.
Entry Prices
Entry is pay on the door at each host venue. There is no separate NSD ticket or booking fee — you pay the venue’s standard entry price for that session.

What to Expect
Entry includes full use of the host venue’s sauna facilities for the session duration. Both venues include towels, unlimited hot drinks, and pass-outs with your entry price.
Clothing-free
Nudity is the standard from arrival. The usual “towel or shorts?” decision is removed for everyone.
All-inclusive entry
Towels, hot drinks, pass-outs and locker included at both venues. Steam Complex also includes free condoms, lubricant and Wi-Fi.
No pressure
No obligation to interact or participate beyond what you choose. Many attend just to relax in a body-positive, naturist-friendly environment.
First-timers welcome
Staff at each venue can explain how the space works when you arrive. No prior sauna experience required.
