01 A changed venue, with its history retained
We have updated the Redruth listing following information supplied by the owner. The old URL is retained so existing searches and links still lead to an explanation of the venue’s current format.
The important change is straightforward: the sauna and hot tub have been removed. This is a social and play meeting venue, not a sauna reopening. Its inclusion in this report series does not change that distinction.
02 What the owner describes
The owner describes Monday group meetings for gay, bi and TV visitors, with upstairs play rooms, a dark room, a lounge, showers and towels. There is also a massage room where visitors may massage their friends; that is not confirmation of an on-site professional massage service.
The owner-supplied session is noon–4pm on Mondays, excluding the first Monday of each month. That timetable is the basis of the relisted group session.
03 A few details still need checking directly
The official website, checked on 8 September 2026, also publishes 10am–10pm and a £10 entrance fee, but does not clearly establish how those details apply to the owner’s noon–4pm group session. We have not silently treated the website’s general fee as a confirmed group-session price.
The website additionally lists Bank Holiday closures. Do not assume a particular holiday session will run: contact the venue to confirm the date, price and arrangements before setting off. No reopening date or new membership terms were supplied in the owner’s message.
